Every event is different. For some events, the group minimum is only 10 tickets. For other events, it can be 15 or 20 tickets.  The minimum should always be stated on the event details on this site.

For most events, the minimum age requirement for a ticket is 2 years and up. In that case, no ticket is required for a child under the age of 2 as long as they can sit on an adult’s lap. Make sure to check the specific policy for your event as the age requirement occasionally varies.

Make sure to check the specific policy for the event you are purchasing, but for most events there are no refunds or exchanges available once payment is processed. All sales are final.

Yes, as long as the deadline to purchase has not yet taken place. Make sure to check with your Group Tickets America sales representative to find out about specific seating availability or other purchase terms such as additional ticket order fees.

It depends. For some events, group prices will not change at all. However, many events now use dynamic pricing for regular prices and group prices.  That means that market demand can determine whether prices go up or down as the event approaches.

Typically, a group sales offer will expire 4 to 7 days prior to the event. It is important to check the Group Tickets America website event listing or check with your sales representative to find out the last day you can purchase. It varies by event.

For some events, you can choose whether you would like your tickets printed and placed at the box office “Will Call” window for pick up, printed and mailed to you (for an additional fee) or have digital e-tickets available on a mobile app account. For some events, there are ONLY mobile e-tickets or ONLY printed paper tickets.  Make sure to ask your sales representative how tickets are delivered for your event.

Group tickets, as with almost all tickets sold directly through the venue, promoter or third party, will have a facility fee from the venue, typically $3 - $5 per ticket. Sales or entertainment tax may also be included in the price, depending on the laws in each state or city.  However, the final price listed on this website and via e-newsletters typically is the final price without any fees added later.  There is also often a group order processing fee by the box office ranging from $5 - $10 depending on the venue and the event.
